Job role
- Building communities consisting of prospects, influencers, clients, agencies, PR practitioners through lead researching and profiling.
- Exploring upcoming social networks and creative use of current properties which includes campaign monitoring, campaign reporting, event monitoring, prospect & audience building.
- Ideating and executing social media specific campaigns that help build brand awareness and support marketing activities like brand campaigns, micro-content strategies, social media engagement etc.
- Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns, and analyse, review, and report the health of communities across all social touchpoints (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Creating strategies for building and nurturing Abode communities.
- Ideate, Strategize and Lead events to execution. Managed the local events calendar and ensure a constant flow of events.
- Support and lead marketing for the startup hubs. Managed outreach channels (social media, mailing list, etc) to spread the word about all the initiatives especially events.
- Maintained different community trackers and periodically report data to the team
- Built and maintained relationships with entrepreneurial networks
- Contributing to strategy level by taking up individual projects in fields of productivity, Infrastructure design and alternative revenue channels after studying community insights
