Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide IT solutions to meet business requirements
• Involved in the system development life cycle
• Ensure software development projects are delivered on time and on budget: oversee all aspects of project, develop project plan and schedule, including initiation, development implementation, and maintenance of large and complex software development projects.
• Coordinate between end users and vendors to specify their software application requirements and performance
• Provide advice on system implementation requirements, maintenance, and training plans.
• Provide assistance and guidance on acceptance testing and new system implementation preparations
• Analyze change requests: propose schedule and implementation approach.
• Responsible for implementing and managing software support mechanism including gathering and tracking feedback from customers and support staff.
• Direct, manage and maintain project and software development documentation
• Monitor and summarize progress of project; prepare timely reports for upper management regarding status of project and activities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer / Computer Science, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

Requisites:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT project management
• Preferably with CITPM Certification
• Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong business process, analytical skills & problem solving skills
• Possess good project documentation skills
• Good communication and people skills
