Essential Functions/Responsibilities :
Develop strategies to target and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, third party job boards, industry events, etc.
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from creating job advertisements; qualifying candidates to position requirements for current and future opportunities; candidate assessment and present qualified candidates with overall assessments and hire recommendations (pre-screening to identify "fit" and aptitude).
Design, build and implement innovative recruitment programs.
Provides a positive end to end experience for all prospects and candidates to reinforce TechJini as an employer of choice.
Identify strategic sources for talent and measure results of each source.
Build a recruitment team aligned with overall business goals.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
Three to five years of recruitment expertise including specialized skills in recruitment, experience in effectively recruiting the passive job seeker.
Proven creative ability in sourcing candidates, marketing experience an asset.
Self-directed, initiative taker.
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a recruitment team as well as independently.
Highly motivated, conscientious individual, who is detailed and very organized.
Should have knowledge and understanding of working in a fast growing company.
IT technical recruitment experience and good track record is a must.
Previous experience in a start-up or small sized company is an asset.
Experience on the following technologies is an added advantage:

Android
Black Berry
Java
J2ME
