Currently we are in the process of recruiting 2 nos. SQL Database Administrators for our MNC client.
Both the positions are based out at PUNE.
The interested candidates need to have an experience of 5+ yrs in IT and relevant experience of 3+ yrs.
The Role and Responsibility of the SQL ADMINISTRATORS is as follows:
- Experience with relational database physical design, performance turning and capacity planning especially on MySQL based environments.
- Experience in SQL queries, Stored procedures, functions, query tuning, triggers, cursors etc.
- Knowledge of database replication, server clustering, database monitoring, troubleshooting and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot database issues, maintain database systems availability and scalability
- Practical experience in designing databases.
Desired Experience
Experience in handling Key-value databases like BigTable, Cassandra HBase etc. would be an added advantage.
